Site Assessment
We attend site visits with the insured within 24-48 hours of receiving a work order.
During the assessment, we collect information from the customer in line with instructions provided by the insurer/adjuster and process the information into our job management system.
Once all damage details are collected from the insured and the site, the information is reviewed and a comprehensive report with the scope of works and photos will be submitted. Our expert team will assist in providing claim determination, recommendations and assist in policy interpretation.
